"Brisish Aviator Killed"

"London, April 8. - Sargeant Deane of the British army flying corps was
instantly killed today at the Brooklands aerodrome while making his final
flight as a pupil before receiving his pilot certificate. Deane ascended to
a height of 1,200 feet, and attempted a sharp spiral descent during which
he lost control of the aeroplane."
