"Aviator and Two Pasengers Injured,"
"London, Aug. 30. - Andre DeBuissey, an
aviator, and two passengers were badly injured by the fall of an aeroplane
this evening. DeBuissey had raced his machine at Hendon in the afternoon,
started for Aldershot with the two passengers to deliver the machine to the
army authorities.
Near Maidenhead the engine went wrong. DeBuissey tried to volplane, but in
the descent the machine turned turtle fifty feet from the ground. DeBuissey
who was pinned under the wreckage, was the most severely hurt of the trio." |
